The main flight controls (Yoke and Rudder Pedals) are built with sturdy and reliable materials and mechanisms, and also feature the Dynamic Control Loading technology, a system applying a variable resistance to flight controls, and when used with autopilot, automatically move the controls accordingly (following autopilot).
Through precise and solid electric motors provides a realistic feedback of the force applied on the flight controls, which varies according to the air pressure exerted on the aircraft surfaces.
This system also recreates the reversible movement of the aerodynamic surfaces, as, for example, the rudder trim on single engine aircraft, the weight of the aerodynamic surfaces… .
The self-calibration of the controls at each start-up allows the positioning with maximum precision and their physical centring on the axes. This allows to recover from any mechanical variations in flight controls over time.
All vibrations of the aircraft are managed and simulated, both of the engine on the controls (intensity, hertz frequency variable according to the rpm), and of the contact with ground surface, with accurate reading of the lateral accelerations, which allow the pilot, for example, to “feel” which wheel (left or right) is touching or detaching from the ground.
