B737NG rudder pedals Captain side
The long term experience with pilots, but also with inexperienced audiences, in the intensive use of flight simulators, led us to engineer and produce the new version of the FSC B737NG rudder pedals, captain side and first officer side.
The first characteristic of this construction is in fact the robustness: the forces applied to the flight controls of the pedals can be very high, and the stress for the lever systems is certainly considerable. Given the high thrust capacity of the lower limbs, which can result in hundreds of kilos of force applied, we have created a rudder pedals system built with high quality materials, used in a project in which every diameter and connection between mechanical parts and levers, is designed to withstand any type of load possible.
The system so engineered is for this reason also very stable and precise: thanks to the rigidity of the assembly, no backlash between the parts or mechanical deformation is possible. This level of mechanical solidity and precision, combined with the use of high-resolution potentiometers, has made it possible to obtain a flight control that provides a very accurate response in the simulated aircraft.

The entire mechanism is also driven on a carriage, which is also absolutely rigid and free of play, which allows, together with the extremely precise and stable chain transmission, a safe adjustment of the distance between the pedalboard and the pilot.
The damping obtained through a system of hydraulic springs and pistons, guarantees a constant fluidity and an almost perfect response, without compromising the correct return to zero point.
The eventual connection between the rudder pedals on the captain's and first officer's side is made by splined shafts and a very strong articulated bar. In addition, the mechanisms are designed to work in pairs without changing the resulting load compared to the single use.
The new rudder pedals guarantee a response equal to the originals and exceptional reliability over time.
